Empathy First
We listen before we treat. Understanding your story, your fears and your goals is the foundation of every treatment plan.
Lahore's women-only physiotherapy studio in Allama Iqbal Town. Orthopedic manual therapy, women's health and neurological rehabilitation, in a private space where you are treated by a female physiotherapist.
Munaza Physio Studio was founded on a simple belief: every woman deserves physiotherapy in a place where she feels completely at ease. In Lahore, a space that combines clinical rigour with cultural sensitivity is still hard to find.
I created a dedicated space where women are treated by a female physiotherapist who understands both their health needs and the reasons they may have put off treatment until now.
From pelvic floor rehabilitation to post-stroke recovery, from joint pain to chronic back pain, I meet you where you are and work with you toward where you want to be. I treat every patient like family.
We listen before we treat. Understanding your story, your fears and your goals is the foundation of every treatment plan.
Every technique is grounded in orthopedic manual therapy training and clinical practice, not guesswork and not trends.
No two bodies are the same. Your plan is built around your condition, your lifestyle and your recovery timeline.
A women-only environment, staffed by a female physiotherapist, so you are treated with complete comfort and cultural respect.
Your first session runs 45 to 60 minutes. We evaluate how you move, find the root cause of the pain rather than the place it hurts, and agree what recovery should look like for you.
Manual therapy, targeted exercise and hands-on technique address pain at its source, while each session is measured against the last so progress is visible rather than assumed.
Recovery does not end when the pain stops. You leave with the strength, the movement habits and the understanding that keep the problem from returning.
Pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy-related pain and postnatal recovery, in a fully private setting.
Explore02 · DPTBack pain, neck pain, joint problems and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Explore03 · AHPCStroke rehabilitation and facial palsy recovery, focused on restoring movement and independence.
Explore04 · Manual TherapyHands-on mobilization and dry cupping to improve mobility and support functional recovery.
ExploreRecovery is not only about reducing pain. It is about returning to the life you want to live, whether that is lifting your child without bracing for it, praying comfortably, or moving through an ordinary day without thinking about your back at all.

Lower back pain, sciatica and lumbar disc problems.

Cervical spondylosis, text neck and stress-related tension.

Pelvic floor, pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation.

Rebuilding mobility, strength and independence.

Knee and shoulder pain, arthritis and frozen shoulder.

Hajama therapy for muscular pain and circulation.
Find the true source of the problem and settle the symptoms with targeted, hands-on care.
Rebuild mobility and range so that ordinary daily activities stop hurting.
Rebuild strength and confidence so you can do the things that actually matter to you.
Leave with a simple routine and better movement habits, so the problem does not come back.
