Terms & Conditions
The terms for usingour website and care.
These terms explain how you can use the Munaza Physio Studio website and services, how booking and fees work, and what you and the clinic can expect of each other. We have written them in plain words, with the full wording beneath each summary.
The terms
The full terms, clause by clause
Each clause begins with a plain-language summary. The full text beneath it is the binding version. Use the contents to jump to any clause.
About these terms
In plain words
These terms apply when you use our website, book with us or receive care.
Full text
These terms are between you and Munaza Physio Studio ("the clinic", "we", "us"), a physiotherapy clinic at Hasham Street, Karim Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore 54570, Pakistan, led by Dr. Munaza Ghani.
They apply when you visit munazaphysio.studio or booking.munazaphysio.studio, book or change an appointment, use the patient portal or receive care in the clinic, at a home visit or by telehealth. By using these services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our services and who they are for
In plain words
We provide physiotherapy for women and children. The website is information, not medical advice.
Full text
The clinic provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment. Information on this website, including articles, exercises and tools such as the posture check, is general information. It does not replace an assessment by a qualified physiotherapist or advice from your doctor.
- Not an emergency service. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.
- Suitability. A physiotherapist decides after assessment whether treatment is appropriate for you. We may decline or stop treatment, or refer you to another clinician, where it is not safe or suitable.
- Accuracy. We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete or current.
Booking, changes and cancellations
In plain words
Book through the website or by contacting us. Please give notice if you cannot attend.
Full text
- Booking. An appointment is confirmed when we confirm it to you. Please give accurate contact and health details when you book.
- Changing or cancelling. Please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel, so another patient can use the time. The notice period and any late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee are shown on the booking page and in your confirmation.
- Running late. If you arrive late we may need to shorten the session so that the next patient is not delayed.
- Home visits and telehealth. These depend on availability, your location and suitability for your condition, and are confirmed at booking.
Fees and payment
In plain words
Fees are shown before you book. Payment is due as described at booking.
Full text
- Fees. Our current fees are published on the Pricing page and shown during booking. We may change fees for future appointments. A fee confirmed to you for a booked appointment will not change.
- Payment. Payment is due at or before the appointment, as shown when you book, by the methods we accept.
- Refunds. Where a refund is due, for example when we cancel an appointment, we return it by the same method wherever possible. Refunds for cancellations by you follow the cancellation terms shown at booking.
- Insurance. Unless we tell you otherwise, you are responsible for fees and for claiming from any insurer yourself.
Your responsibilities
In plain words
Tell us the truth about your health, follow safety advice and use your account responsibly.
Full text
- Give complete and accurate health information, including medications, conditions, pregnancy and allergies, and tell us if anything changes.
- Tell your physiotherapist straight away if something feels wrong during or after treatment.
- Follow the advice and home programme you are given. Results depend on many things, including your own participation.
- Keep your patient portal sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
- Treat staff and other patients with respect. We may end a session or a relationship where behaviour is abusive or unsafe.
Using the website
In plain words
Use it lawfully and do not interfere with it.
Full text
You agree not to misuse the website. In particular you must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, portal, accounts or systems;
- upload malicious code, or do anything that disrupts the service;
- scrape or copy content in bulk, or use it to train or build other services, without our written permission;
- submit information about another person without their permission, or false or misleading information.
Content and intellectual property
In plain words
The website content belongs to the clinic or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Full text
Text, images, video, exercise programmes, illustrations, logos and the design of the website belong to the clinic or are used with permission. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt it without our written permission.
If you leave a review or send us content, you confirm it is yours to share and that it is honest, and you allow us to display it on our website and channels. You can ask us to remove it.
Our responsibility to you
In plain words
We are responsible for the care we provide with reasonable skill. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee.
Full text
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Subject to that, we provide the website "as is", we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of it. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to, or for outcomes of treatment that depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular result from treatment.
Changes to these terms
In plain words
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Full text
We may change these terms, for example when our services or the law change. The version and date are shown at the top of this page. The version in force when you book or use a service applies to it. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
In plain words
Pakistani law applies and the courts at Lahore decide disputes. Please talk to us first.
