Cookie Policy
Cookies, and yourchoice about them.
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies our website uses, why, and how to accept, reject or change your choice at any time. Optional cookies load only if you agree.
The policy
The full policy, clause by clause
Each clause begins with a plain-language summary. Use the contents to jump to any clause.
Essential cookies
In plain words
Needed to keep the site working and secure. They do not need consent.
Full text
These keep you signed in to the patient portal, protect forms and accounts from misuse, and remember your cookie choice and display preferences such as light or dark mode. The website cannot work safely without them, so they are always on.
- `mp_consent`: remembers your cookie choice, kept for 180 days.
- Sign-in and security cookies: keep you signed in and protect against misuse. They are set only when you sign in to the portal.
- Preference storage: remembers settings such as theme, dismissed banners and the layout of the dashboard.
Analytics cookies (optional)
In plain words
Help us see which pages are useful. Only with your consent.
Full text
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. IP addresses are anonymised, Google signals and ad personalisation are off, and Clarity masks the text on the page.
Advertising cookies (optional)
In plain words
Help us measure whether our adverts lead to bookings. Only with your consent.
Full text
With your consent, the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), the TikTok Pixel and the Pinterest Tag help us measure whether our adverts lead to bookings. They receive only generic events such as a page visit or a tap on Book, call, WhatsApp or email, never a condition, service or any health detail.
Where optional cookies run
In plain words
Never on booking, the portal, assessments, exercise programmes or sign-in.
Full text
Optional cookies and tags run only on our public information pages. They never run on booking, the patient portal, assessments, exercise programmes or sign-in screens, so they cannot sit beside your health information.
Your choices
In plain words
Reject as easily as you accept, and change your mind at any time.
Full text
- On first visit our cookie banner asks for your choice. Nothing optional loads and nothing is pre-selected until you choose, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- Changing your mind. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice at any time. When you withdraw, we delete those providers' cookies from your browser.
- Browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in.
- Proof of your choice. We record your choice, its version and the date against a random identifier stored in your consent cookie, with no IP address or account link, so that we can show consent was given.
How long cookies last
In plain words
Our consent cookie lasts 180 days. Provider cookies last as each provider sets.
Full text
Our consent cookie lasts 180 days, after which we ask you again. Provider cookies last as set by each provider, up to two years for Google Analytics, unless you withdraw consent or clear them. These providers may process data outside Pakistan under their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
In plain words
The date at the top shows the latest version.
Full text
We may update this policy when the cookies or providers we use change. The version and date are shown at the top of this page. If a change affects optional cookies, we ask for your choice again.
