Know when to seek help
Pregnancy with pelvic pain, bleeding, fever or other concerning symptoms needs prompt maternity or medical advice.
Pain with difficulty passing urine, urinary symptoms or inability to walk normally needs medical assessment.
Hip, spine, pelvic and other medical problems can produce nearby pain.
Pain does not by itself prove that the pelvis has moved out of place. Care should not depend on a promise to put it back.
Exercise, positioning and support are selected for your symptoms and pregnancy or postnatal needs.
Assessment & shared decisions
We ask about pain location, walking, stairs, sleep, pregnancy and other health concerns. With consent, examination considers the pelvis, hips, spine and daily tasks.
Activity adjustments and appropriate exercise may help. Pregnancy-related symptoms may need coordination with your maternity team; urinary, abdominal or gynaecological symptoms need suitable medical review.
Symptoms can overlap with other conditions. An assessment helps clarify what needs attention.

Stairs, getting dressed or turning in bed may aggravate symptoms.
Tell your clinician about pregnancy, delivery history and maternity advice.
These are flexible goals, not fixed weeks or a promise of recovery.
Discuss your symptoms and goals. Check warning signs and agree an appropriate starting point.
Adapt everyday activity and practise selected movement or strength work. Adjust the plan to your response.
Review useful changes in daily function, refine the home plan and seek further assessment when needed.
These are planning ideas, not a universal exercise prescription. Your clinician selects the movements, range and dose after assessment. Stop and seek advice for new or increasing numbness, weakness, severe pain or the warning signs above.

Not always. Pregnancy-related pelvic-girdle pain may involve front or back pelvic symptoms. Sacroiliac-region pain also occurs outside pregnancy and needs a wider assessment.
Pain alone does not establish that. Assessment focuses on symptoms and function rather than a promised permanent realignment.
Do not treat a general programme as a pregnancy prescription. Your symptoms, pregnancy stage and maternity advice affect exercise choice.
There is no single timetable. Your symptoms, health, daily demands and response guide progress. Reviews focus on useful changes in function and whether the plan needs adjustment.
Bring relevant reports, a medication list and details of previous care if available. Tell us which daily tasks are difficult and any new or worsening symptoms.
Contact Munaza Physio Studio to request a private assessment and confirm availability or access needs. A routine appointment cannot replace emergency medical care.
