Your name and mobile number, so the clinic can help if you need it.
Stand in front of your phone for about a minute. Our AI posture check reads your shoulders, hips, head and spine alignment, front and side, and explains the result in plain words.
Your name and mobile number, so the clinic can help if you need it.
Prop your phone up, step back, and hold still: front-on, then side-on.
Your score, what each number means and simple things to try at home.
Craniovertebral angle (CVA)
The angle from your neck to your ear is the most-used clinical measure of forward head posture, the "text neck" that loads the neck and shoulders.
Healthy: about 50° or more
Shoulder level and head shift
Uneven shoulders and a head that drifts to one side are read against the midline, front-on.
Level: within 2.5°
Pelvic level and trunk plumb line
A hip that sits higher or an upper body leaning off the pelvis can point to weight-shifting, tightness or pain avoidance.
Level: within 3°
Hip-knee-ankle (HKA) alignment
Knees that drift in or out change how load travels through the hips, knees and feet.
Aligned: within 5° of straight
Kendall plumb line
Side-on, the ear, shoulder and hip should sit over the ankle. We measure how far each is off that line.
Stacked: within 6% of your height
Prop your phone at waist height and step back 2 to 3 metres (7 to 10 feet). Your phone films in high resolution, zooms in where its camera can, and otherwise reads a close-up crop of you, so a small figure gets the same careful measurement as a close one.
The live video is read inside your phone's browser and never saved. Two still photos (facing the phone and side-on) are encrypted and kept for 15 days so Dr. Munaza can review them, then deleted automatically. Your scores are kept so you can see your posture improve over time.
This check is for general education and is not a medical diagnosis. For children under 12, pain during pregnancy, or pain after a fall or injury, please book an assessment instead.
