A private conversation
First 15 minutes. Your history, your main concern and what you want from treatment, in your own words, at your own pace.

Women’s Health Physiotherapy · Lahore
Pelvic health, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause: private, one-to-one physiotherapy with a female clinician, in a women-only clinic. No referral needed to get in touch and ask.
What is it?
It is physiotherapy focused on the pelvis, pelvic floor and the changes a woman’s body goes through in pregnancy, after childbirth and through menopause.
Treatment is hands-on and exercise-based: manual therapy, targeted strengthening, posture and movement advice, delivered privately by a female physiotherapist. It does not replace your doctor or gynaecologist. It works alongside them, inside physiotherapy’s own professional scope.
What we treat
You do not need a diagnosis, or the exact clinical term, to get in touch. If nothing below quite matches, message us and describe it in your own words. We will tell you honestly whether physiotherapy can help. Pessary support is coming soon, with Dr Munaza Ghani, who is MSOMPT-qualified in pelvic health.

Pain at the pubic bone, lower back or buttocks during or after pregnancy.

Weakness, tightness or poor coordination of the pelvic floor muscles.

Leaking with coughing, laughing or exercise, or urgency you plan your day around.

Ongoing pelvic pain that hasn’t resolved, assessed with your full history in mind.

Abdominal separation after pregnancy, and a structured plan to restore core function.

A full postnatal assessment of core, pelvic floor and posture before returning to exercise.

Structured, graded return to strength and daily activity after delivery.

Gentle scar tissue mobilisation once your wound has fully healed, for tightness or restricted movement.

Doctor-referred pregnancy care: pain relief, posture and safe movement, at any early-to-mid stage.

Joint pain, pelvic changes and musculoskeletal support through the menopause transition.

Private, clinician-led Pilates sessions adapted to pregnancy, postnatal or pelvic health needs.

Understanding it
The pelvic floor, deep abdominal muscles, breath and posture all work together as one system, not isolated parts. Pregnancy, childbirth and menopause each change how that system carries load, which is why the same anatomy can show up as very different symptoms at different life stages.
They move together. Learning to coordinate them is often the real starting point.
Deep abdominal support changes through pregnancy and needs deliberate retraining after.
Pregnancy, postnatal and menopause each carry different, well-understood patterns of change.
Step by step
First 15 minutes. Your history, your main concern and what you want from treatment, in your own words, at your own pace.

30 to 40 minutes. Movement and function are assessed through simple, comfortable tests. Every step is explained before it happens, and any intimate assessment is optional and separately consented to.

Same session. Manual therapy for the areas that need it, using the clinic’s own equipment where appropriate: always explained, never assumed.

To take home. A small number of specific exercises, built around your real routine, with clear guidance on what to expect and when to check back in.

Your first visit
Three commitments that hold at every appointment.
It is never mandatory or assumed. Any intimate assessment requires a clear clinical reason, is explained first, and needs your specific consent. You may decline and still be treated.
You can pause or stop a session at any point, or ask for a different approach instead.
Obstetric, gynaecological and urogynaecology concerns are referred to the right colleague. Physiotherapy stays inside its professional scope.
Private by design
Appointments are one-to-one with a female physiotherapist, in a private, women-only space. Nothing discussed in your session is shared with anyone else. Pregnancy physiotherapy is provided when your own doctor has recommended it. If you haven’t been referred yet, we can help you understand whether it’s the right next step to raise with them.
